Onboarding Experience Workshop

During this workshop you and your team will explore what the Onboarding Experience is, why it’s so fundamental to a good company culture, and how exactly to create it for your employees and new team members.

• How do you create it?

• How do you maintain it?

The Onboarding Experience includes:

• The Employee Journey chart

• How to onboard different amounts of employees

• How to prepare in advance; lead time before the first day

• Why onboarding is the most important experience for any company

• What happens on the first day

• How to cater to individual needs

• Describing logistical challenges (i.e. setting up a home office)

• Distribution of materials; up front and ongoing

• How long onboarding really lasts (hint: it never ends!)

• How to successfully onboard at each stage (first day, 3 months, first year, etc.)

• How to get truthful feedback and iterate

• Why onboarding is a little like dating…
  

As part of your workshop, Amanda will first consult with you and then customise the workshop according to your needs. Here are some examples of what can be included:
