During this workshop, you and your team will discover what Employee Experience is all about, why it’s so vital for companies today, and the steps you can take to create and maintain it in your company, now.

• Communication between employees, leaders, and managers, as well as between themselves

• Conflict management and facilitation; mediation

• Purposefulness, joy, balance: how employees experience these components
